Inna Pinckard

CEO/Founder

Meet Inna, a resilient woman who has overcome countless obstacles to build a thriving life in the United States. Originally from Ukraine, she embarked on a journey of resilience and determination that led her to become a proud US citizen. In just seven years, she has not only adapted to her new home but has also flourished, acquiring numerous continued education certifications along the way. Her story is a testament to the power of perseverance and the resilience of the human spirit.

From a very young age, Inna had an innate desire and curiosity to help others heal. Inna knew she would grow up to become a Coach/Therapist one day. This certainty in her soul stemmed from a very clear divine message and vision. Inna did not know “HOW” she would get there but her “WHY” was stronger than the fear of not knowing.

Inna grew up in a mid-sized town before she found herself living in a big city to pursue her college education. She acquired a full-ride scholarship to Kharkiv University to be on the starting “First-5” basketball team while she continued her education, eventually graduating with Honors. During her Professional Basketball career, she was drafted for the WNBA around the same time she got injured and unfortunately had to part ways with the sport as a player. At this point in her life, it was not an easy decision. However, instead of letting it become a disappointment, she turned her pain into purpose by becoming a Basketball coach for younger athletes.

Inna did not limit her coaching to only basketball; she continued her journey as a corrective exercise coach for adults. She found great joy in helping others find balance in their bodies. As Inna would say, “When you start opening up the body holistically, it will shine like a pearl --- Everything is connected and your body is truly beautiful.”

With this Mantra at heart, Inna decided to go for her Master’s Degree in Olympic & Professional Sports alongside her coaching practice. It was in these years that Inna recognized our bodies had the ability to truly heal from the inside out. From this profound realization, she shifted her title from not only “coach” but “therapist” as well.

By mastering the basics (i.e., drinking clean water, eating nutrient-dense food, sleeping/resting, downregulating the nervous system, and more), Inna helped clients wake up their “inner physician” to begin natural healing.

After many successful years, Inna took a courageous act by moving to the United States to pursue more opportunity. Little did she know that her education would not transfer, which sparked more force and drive to seek certifications that would be accepted. Inna knew that in order to do this, she would need to start with learning English first. Therefore, she went through an Intensive English program at Arizona State University (ASU) before doing anything else. With her newfound confidence speaking English, she was ready to light up the passion for her work by “re-studying” and acquiring many certifications that would be accepted in the US over the years.

With Inna’s hard work and soul's mission to help others heal, she started to create a name for herself again --- this time in a NEW country after starting from ground 0. It is important to mention that Inna is grateful for all the challenges and people who helped along the way.

Inna firmly believes that training and therapy are intricate arts that demand finesse and patience, refusing to yield to clumsy approaches. Mastery in this realm is a gradual, deeply impactful journey—one where the presence of a seasoned mentor is invaluable, offering guidance on when to challenge and when to provide solace.

Inna was given opportunity and supported by many astonishing facilities in some of the most prestige areas in Arizona. She started her journey at a private studio, moving to in-home and park sessions during COVID, eventually landing her in multiple Chiropractic Offices and DC Ranch Village Health Club & Spa.

Embracing the mantra, 'If you don't make time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness,' Inna emphasizes the importance of self-care as a non-negotiable necessity. She believes our bodies thrive on balance, experiencing 'ease' when equilibrium is maintained. Conversely, imbalance leads to 'dis-ease.

After breaking through life’s ups and downs, Inna has reached her dream by creating her “TEMPLE” to bring souls back “home.” This temple is called Euro Stretch and is different from any other not just because of the uniqueness of modalities combined but the pure intention and divine alignment behind it.

Inna found and continues to find the inspiration to show up in her mission by balancing work and life. In her free time, you can find her dancing, singing, taking photographs, reading, working out, playing with her dogs, hiking, and submerging herself in self-development practices. Some of the most recent personal development seminars Inna has attended that shaped her most would be Tony Robbins- Unleash the Power Within, Danny Morel- AWAKEN, and Witality- Breathwork.

Join Inna on a journey to rediscover balance and well-being,

where each step is an opportunity for growth and transformation.

With a warm heart, Inna
